Do not miss this experience if you’re in the area. We happened to come after spending a magnificent afternoon walk at Meadowlark Botanical Garden and just went with the ratings. This is a spectacular find and will become a regular spot for us. Everything from the easy parking and welcoming staff, to the fabulous service that each staff member gave us. The food was on point and did not disappoint. We will be coming back especially for the tasting menu. We had the octopus, then the cavatelli, followed by the un believable halibut and ended with the brownie dessert. Must mention that the pairing we wanted with our main dish was wonderful. Their ciabatta homemade bread was light and fluffy perfect with the olive oil that comes to dip in. Do yourself a favor and make your reservation. It is superb. Thank you to the amazing staff!

Evelyn Rose is an absolute gem! We went as two couples and had an unforgettable dining experience. Everything was top-notch—the New York strip was perfectly cooked, the cod was delicate and flavorful, and the salads were fresh and well-balanced. To top it all off, we ordered four different desserts and shared them, and every bite was outstanding. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance made it the perfect setting for a special occasion or a romantic date night. If you’re looking for a 10 out of 10 dining experience, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Went here for the first time to celebrate a birthday and my wife and I had a blast! Everything from the food, service, ambiance were excellent and of high quality. We began with happy hour at the bar, which had discounted apps and a discounted beer available. We opted to go with the tasting menu with wine pairing for dinner. Our menu featured hamachi, a massive garlic prawn (largest I've ever seen), and roasted duck. Dessert was an apple sorbet and olive oil cake. Both were superb. The food and wine were Michellin quality. Their menu changes daily so be sure to check the day of.

He’s not just running a restaurant—he’s creating an experience, and it shows. The atmosphere is vibrant, warm, and full of character. You feel welcomed, whether you’re there for a casual bite or a special night out. As for the food—wow. The fried green tomatoes were the best I’ve ever had, perfectly crisp with a flavor that stops you in your tracks. The menu offers so many tempting options, it’s genuinely hard to choose just one. And whatever you do, don’t skip dessert—the ice cream was unbelievably rich and decadent, like no other I’ve tasted. Evelyn Rose is, quite simply, outstanding. A must-visit spot that raises the bar for dining in Northern Virginia.

From the ambiance to the service—and especially the food—everything was absolutely top notch. We loved it so much, we booked another reservation before dessert was even done. Highlights: the halibut, grilled eggplant tartare, pappardelle, and that unforgettable strawberry rhubarb cream cake.

Had a really enjoyable experience. Japanese Old Fashioned, clam chowder, Old Bay potatoes, Burger, and Mousse was my meal, and everything was awesome. The table had the tasting and wine menus, and were all great as well.

The team here never disappoints. The halibut, rib eye and cavatelli are all superb. But you won't want to miss the inventive salads (fresh hearts of palm and avocado) and desserts (fresh rhubarb and strawberry cake and ice cream, duck egg ice cream and brownie banana split) and unique wine selection (try the Portuguese wines from Luis Pato and the port wine flight. Most of all you'll feel well cared for and special from the moment you walk in the door.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food was spectacular and unique, and no superlative I can think of gives the service we received justice. I can't wait for another special occasion so I can go back!
